Small and wonderful caf just off the Esplanade Hervey Bay. Lovely presentation. Fraser Coast

THIS CAF IS A FIXTURE WITHIN THE HERVEY BAY COMMUNITY. OPERATING 12 YEARS AND 3 IN CURRENT LOCATION PROVES IT IS LOVED.
* Small caf easily operated by 1 owner and 2 casuals. Staff all long term and willing to stay on if required.
* Current owner pride themselves on quick service, bold coffee flavors, and knowing the regulars.
* Because they are just off the Esplanade they have very good rent and lease in place. Just negotiated a new 11 year lease term.
* Huge growth potential as current owners only trade 7 days, 7am to 12noon. Huge advantage to capture the lunch trade by extending just a couple of hours.
* Current owners operate for their needs and lifestyle.
* The presentation of this small caf is exceptional and has that warm welcoming feel the moment you walk in.
* Plant & Equipment is in exceptional condition and looks new. Fully serviced twice yearly to keep it all in great condition.
