- 4.4 Credit reporting agencies: where necessary for the collection of overdue payments, in accordance with applicable Privacy Laws and Credit Laws.
- 4.5 Business successors: in the event of a merger, acquisition, restructure, or sale of all or part of our business, your personal information may be transferred to the relevant successor entity. We will notify you of any such change in accordance with this Policy.
